I was all ready to give 5 stars because it is a great product but unfortunately I did not receive the cloth that comes with it. I even went through the garbage to make sure I didn’t just miss it. I let the company know and no correspondence back from them. I don’t know what the cloth looks like but I’d sure like what I paid for. I am a repeat customer. I have purchased quite a few things. This was very disappointing. I’m still hoping they will come through so I CAN come back and give it 5 stars

Lovely scent. However, the bottle had arrived with one third leaked onto the mailing bubble wrap, envelope and bottle itself. My advice is to encase your tea tree oil in a carton. I'm disappointed in the mailing system you used and will not purchase anymore oils from your company in the future.

I have been enjoying all my kansa wands and oils I have used them on other people as well and they love them also

The kit arrived late, but was worth the wait. The Kansa wand is a very important tool in keeping the blood circulating and the body and skin healthy and glowing! The kit keeps the Kansa in great shape, so the Kansa can work it’s magic on the body. 🙂

This was a replacement for original order that leaked over half the bottle all over in the shipping. This leaked even more:( The items need to be shipped in a box, as both shipments leaked profusely despite bubble wrap~

I am retiring soon and I have recommended these beautiful wands to my clients so they can continue to do self care on themselves and loved ones also, with training from your CD's

This kit is the best - all the things you need to maintain the wands & it is so inexpensive and the products to use last a long time . Thank you for creating a great cleaning kit 😊 If you purchase the wands - i reccomend getting the kit to for $ 15 exceptional value

Im happy w the natural product you sent for the Kansa wand. In the snowy mid west its hard to find clips of green grass to freshen the wand! I use the wand on clients, so not only is cleaning important, but it seems to get it re energerzied with the clay paste.

I had a issue with oil leaked out in the mail - they were great to replace the kit . The kit works great , oil to clean and the clay to also clean energetically - awesome ! Thank you so much for the new kit

I had a small issue with my product. They where VERY helpful and replaced the product immediately. This is a great company.

I'm glad they sell this kit 😊 i didnt see it on the website with my first order. The first kit I received - the oil leaked out over half - contacted customer service & they shipped out a whole new kit and that impressed me. The second kit - the oil leaked out about 1/4 also which I was surprised to see again. It wasnt broken so I thought it would be fine to use. I contacted the same person in customer service and even sent pictures but I never got a response. I wouldve appreciated a response but i'm ok with the oil with 1/4 missing bc i received the whole cleaning kit. Great little kit

The first kit I ordered the small bottle of oil had leaked in the mail.I contacted customer service right away, and after sending some pictures of the half empty bottle, they send me a whole new kit.Very impressed with their customer service.I have used it several times on my Kansa and like how much cleaner it looked and felt. Recommend.

I love using the maintenance kit to cleanse my wand. It is quick and easy to use. I know the wand is completely clean and ready to be reused.

My Kansa wands were beginning to smell funky after a year's use which disinclined me from enjoying their benefits. I finally purchased the maintenance kit and so very thankful I did as the original surface shown through after cleaning - they smelled like new and now I'm back to my daily routine of massaging my face. The maintenance of my wands is so very easy and satisfying Oh, how absolutely wonderful to have the original brilliance and smoothness of the wand return. And now I will be cleaning them regularly as needed. So thankful. I wish I had taken a photo of the before and then the after but must say the visual appearance was remarkable.

just got it. could smell oil before opening package. when I opened it the oil had spilled half of its contents onto everything else. can't read label on bottle or the clay package. otherwise the kunsa wand looks good.

This works great and is easy to use. When mine arrived, the cloth was missing and they made it right! Very impressed with their customer service.
